CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation for any reason is penalty FREE, up to 48 hours prior your tour.

2. Cancellation Policy for Less than 48 hours Prior the Scheduled Tour

If you cancel or cannot take your tour as a consequence of force majeure, Super Layover will not charge you any cancellation fee. We may require you to provide verification to confirm that you were unable to take your tour if you request a refund under this provision. Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour. The determination of what constitutes ‘Force Majeure’ is at the sole discretion of Super Layover. For cancellation or No shows, due to any other reasons (such as illness, or change of personal circumstances), the cancellation fee is 25%.

Any cancellation, must submitted through your Super Layover account. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.

REFUND POLICY

The deposit 25% of the tour price for the booking confirmation is NON-REFUNDABLE with no exceptions. Super Layover is not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of the purchase of your tour such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or loss of enjoyment, etc.

Please note: All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within three business day after purchase. If the orders cannot be confirmed, customers will be refunded with a coupon that we will issue, equal to the amount of the deposit 25%. This coupon is issued after the tour and is valid for two years. It is valid for ANY Super Layover tour and cannot be redeemed for cash. In some cases, the Tour Guide may cancel a tour due to weather or other circumstance. In the event that the Tour Guide cancels the tour, a refund of the initial deposit, credit towards an alternative tour, through a similar coupon.
